I made it up
1 onion, chopped
A little oil (optional)
As many different types of mushroom as possible (Examples: maitake, shitake, portabello, cremini, oyster)
1-2 quarts of water for soup (as much as desired)
Brown the chopped onion in oil (optional) or a little water.
Add water for soup and cleaned mushrooms.
Boil for a few minutes until mushrooms are cooked. Eat.
