Provenance of Dish
I adapted this from a lunch salad I had one day years ago... Although it's not truly a mushroom specific recipe, it would make a fantastic side dish to SO many of these awesome recipes. It's a big hit everywhere I've taken it, and I've converted many folks into kale lovers with just this dish. A great feature of this dish- is it's a salad that doesn't go bad. Leftovers, if you have any, will last up to a week in the refrigerator.

Ingredients
Kale - Famous Dave's "Kale Salad"
Wash, de-stem, and chop kale one bunch of kale
DRESSING
Rice Wine Vinegar 1/4 C
Toasted Sesame Oil 2 T
Braggs (or Soy Sauce) 2 T
KALE 1 Bunch
Red Bell Pepper 1 Chopped
Crasins 1/2 C
Pine Nuts 1/2 C Toasted
Mushrooms (your choice) 1/2-1 C Fresh or sauté in butter
Sesame Seeds 3 T Toasted
Salt and Blk Pepper to taste
4 extra fancy delivery, top salad w/toasted kale chips/bits just before serving
