Provenance of Dish
Chanterelle mushrooms are one of the most popular mushrooms in Poland. I come from Poland and we eat a lot of forest mushrooms there. There are many dishes and this is one of them. My favorite.
Recipe
Ingredients
1 packet of taps or the same amount collected by yourself. (250-300 g) (Cantharellus cibarius)
1 large onion
250 grams of single cream
1 packet of tagliatelle pasta
salt, pepper, olive oil
Instructions
Boil salted water for pasta, while cleaning the chanterelles.
Cut the onion into thick cubes. Heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a large frying pan and add the onion to make it translucent.
After 2-3 minutes, add the cleaned chanterelles and stew for about 2 minutes.
Pour all the sweet cream and stew it until the cream thickens.
Add freshly ground pepper and salt to taste.
Mix and reduce the fire to a minimum.
Drain the cooked pasta and pour olive oil over it. It gives a beautiful scent and extra flavor.
Put the pasta in a pan with chanterelles, mix everything and turn off the fire.
Serve in deep plates.
