It is exactly what you need. Just like it implies, one scoop is a nice wakeup, two scoops get me motivated.
I make mine a little creamier by adding it to a nut milk sometimes, and if it's chilly out, a hot drink with a dollop of coconut milk whipped cream. Yum!
