Sleep Capsules

I'm on my 2nd bottle of Sleep Capsules. I was finished the first bottle a week or so before my 2nd bottle arrived. I really don't see any difference in my sleep with or without taking them. I've increased to 3 capsules without a difference.

Not helping yet

Does it take awhile for the Sleep Capsules to start working?? So far I have taken them for 5 days and have not noticed any difference in sleep!
