I started taking the capsules on January 2, 2025. I try to take them about 30 minutes before I want to go to bed, typically when I brush my teeth/wash my face to get into a habit of taking them. I admit I missed a few nights but overall was very consistent.
As someone who likes to read for a bit before falling asleep, let’s just say not much reading has happened in bed late lately. Pretty much as soon as my head hits the pillow, I am out. One of my struggles with sleep has been waking up frequently through the night, typically every one to two hours..all night long. Ugh…right? On nights where I have consistently taken Sleep, I have been sleeping for as long as four hours straight, which is huge for me. That might not sound like much sleep to you but is a huge deal for me. To be able to sleep for four hours straight has been a relief.
Since I have only taken Sleep for one month, I am hoping my body will continue to react to the benefits of Sleep and I could even get five to six hours in a row without waking up. In order to stay awake a bit longer so I can read, I’ve switched to taking the capsules right when I go to bed to give myself a little more awake time. If you are someone who struggles with falling asleep, this might do the trick.
I take several supplements from various companies and $48.00 for a two-month supply seems very reasonable. I also appreciate that all of their products are organic and the capsules do not include any plastic.
