I think it’s helping . . .

Perimenopausal sleep disruption has me looking for various natural remedies to stay asleep all through the night. I have no issues falling asleep; it’s the middle of the night waking and then not able to go back to sleep pattern that is plaguing me. These seem to help - it takes much less time (most of the time) falling back asleep when I wake up at 3 or 4 am. I will continue to take them as the price is great for how much you get, there's no grogginess in the morning, and they are food. Always let food be thy medicine.
