I have been taking the Mind Capsules for over a year now.
they have a progressive effect over time. My memory and cognitive ability have noticeably improved.
I would recommend them , but give them time to increase your cognitive abilities.
The Memory Gummies I feel are helpful. I have noticed over time that my memory is a bit sharper. It seems to be a slow process, as was mentioned it could be. I take other supplements like Omegas and B12 for memory, etc., along with the gummies.
I find them tasty and easy to take. Am hoping for continued improvement as I continue to take them.
I ordered one tonic (Gratitude) in my first month, added a second tonic (Chill) the next month, and ordered all six in my third month. Overall, my mind and body feel calmer, gentler.

Tastes wonderful, easy to use, and so supportive. I’m sleeping so much better, have more energy, need less coffee, wonderfully vivid dreams and better cognitive functioning overall. My sore arthritic knees (little cartilage left!) are not so sore these days too. Highly recommend!

I purchased the boxed set and 've only used them for a couple of weeks, although they don't taste bad. I'm not sure if they are working as advertised, but will finish out the box and will see from there.

My Summer Forager Box was a gift to myself. It has been so much fun to try all the different items. Love the Chill drops as well as the Energy drops, both work! The Coco is another favorite as well as the cooking salt. Still have one or two discoveries left.

Too soon to determine effectiveness, but the taste was surprisingly good! I thought a mushroom elixir might be nasty, but it was the opposite.
Honestly I couldn’t imagine starting my day without this trio! There is a noticeable difference if I forget or miss my morning routine. I feel more steady and focused for work in the mornings, and my energy sustains better throughout the day. I also notice I’ve been super healthy all year, not a single virus or cold and I work with a LOT of humans so my immune system is super supported.
We just started taking these. And there is no way to measure yet. As it says on the package, it takes time. We have been using Fantastic Fungi for several years now and are a regular customer.
