Not sure about Wake capsules but sleep ones are not helping me fall asleep or stay asleep.
I’ve often had trouble sleeping which causes me trouble waking up. I’ve honestly been sleeping better since taking the sleep capsules. When it’s time to reorder, I’m signing up for the subscription. This is what I’ve been needing.

The flavor is pretty good but I should have read the ingredients list so that's on me. I avoid maltodextrin, even the organic tapioca maltodextrin in this product. I'm using only a fraction of a serving every 3-4 days in hopes of not causing frequent blood glucose spikes.
I have been taking your product only a week. I feel a little difference but it takes time for the build up to occur. I feel in another week or so I will be seeing a big difference. I purchased a 2 month supply, so I will not interrupt the progress and build up.
I use chill before I go to bed…and sleep comes and stays…
